Payment Methods and Sales Tax:
We are very pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover cards. Unfortunately we cannot
accept personal checks.
Sales tax is charged for Michigan residents only. The rate
is 6% by law. The site will use your address to determine if tax
should be applied and will do so for Michigan residents. Michigan Retailers are welcome to contact us for a special purchase code that will remove the sales tax.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated using the weight of the products
purchased and the U.S. Postal Service shipping tables. The site
will calculate your shipping costs for you automatically based
on shipping weights.
Information sharing:
We will not share any information about our clients. By giving
us your name, address, and credit card information to us, you
are entrusting us. We take this trust very seriously. SexToyParty.com
is operated by Isdera Corporation - Specialists in online privacy.
As such, it is covered by a comprehensive privacy policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.
- We will not sell your information to any mailing lists. Other
companies can get 5 cents for each persons customer information.
We don't think selling your name to a company that will send
you junk mail is worth a nickel.
- We will keep e-mails to a minimum. We promise to include a coupon code for at no less than a 10% discount with any e-mails we send to customers. We suggest that you request a shipping confirmation e-mail because we know that customers that request one end up happier in the end.
- We will not give out your e-mail address. Although we have
a cookie that monitors who enters our site (we use it to serve
repeat customers) we promise not to use the information for anything
other than tracking at an agregate level.
- We maintain the most secure online transaction process possible.

Customer
return policy:
Providing you superior customer service is one way in which
we hope to earn your repeat business, however this is a wholesale business.
If you have received the incorrect product:
Contact us immediately. We will not hesitate to satisfy
your wants when there has been a mistake in shipping, invoicing,
or packaging. If these problems occur we will be quick to admit
fault and to fix the problem.
If
you are unhappy with the appearance of the products you have
ordered or if you feel that your customers might be intimidated by what may have seemed smaller:
We are very happy to accept returns for refunds. Please note, the item must be returned completely unopened and in resale-able condition. After the package is opened, we are unable to offer a refund. Due to the nature of these products and due to the wholesale nature of this website, this policy is rather strictly enforced.
Non-Working Product: We pledge to provide you a product in working order. If you have received an item that does not function, let us know by e-mail and we'll send a replacement immediately. Before writing, please make sure that you have tried a fresh set of batteries and that you have inserted the batteries correctly.
A Note About Batteries: Vibrators require quite a bit of juice from a set of batteries. Batteries that may work fine in a remote control or a flashlight may not have enough OOMPH to drive a vibrator. It is best to use a fresh set.
If
you feel you have been charged improperly or are in any way unhappy
with charges to your account.
Within 1 business day we will review our order database, cross-check
it with our secure order server, review our credit service account,
our shipping records, and reply to you. If we find any errors
we will immediately credit your account. Often, if you telephone
us, this entire process can take place during that one call.
